Rates and Availability

	The house is available for rent seasonally from the 2nd Saturday in May until the 2nd Saturday in October. Rentals are accepted for a minimum of 7 days. May weeks-$2,000 per week June- $2,000 per week July/August-$3,000 per week September-$2,000 per week October- $2,000 per week An additional $400 security deposit is required. This will be refunded if premises are undamaged after inspection is complete.
	Check in time is usually 2pm on Saturday. Check out time is usually 10am on Saturday. Adjustments can be made to time/day of week with prior approval. Rates include all utilities and trash pick-up each week. Use of our linens and towels can be included only for an additional $50 cleaning fee. They can also be rented through Takemmy Linen Rental. Please bring your own beach towels or they can also be rented.
	Discounts may be given for rentals longer than 14 days. Any agreed upon rentals less than 14 days must include cleaning fees of $75.
